Cloud Nine Alliance is the prime contractor on this 5-year contract. The contract involves providing support services for statistical data programming, database maintenance, database administration, data analysis, Geographic Information System (GIS) support, and other related IT services, supporting the PD&R.

(iCUBE) announced today that it is part of the team awarded the 5-yr Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Development, Modernization and Enhancement (DME) services for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R) Geocoding Service Center (GSC) system. HUD GSC currently services 20+ HUD systems for periodic address validation, standardization, and geocoding. GSC provides an enterprise address data validation and geocoding service ensuring data quality and consistency across the Department and at the same time, it enables HUD to build locational intelligence for data visualization, spatial and statistical analyses and predictive modeling capabilities.

Fairfax-based iCUBE Inc. (iCUBE) announced today that it has been awarded the task order to support the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Public Housing and Voucher Programs (OPHVP), Financial Management Division (FMD) in its effort to modernize the Operating Fund (OpFund) web portal, specifically the submission and review of the web-based forms HUD-52722 and HUD-52723. HUD’s OpFund program provides approximately $5 billion annually to over 2,900 Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) to manage and operate 6,500 public housing developments that serve over 900,000 low-income families. The modernization effort automates the creation and submission of over 13,000 Excel tools and 25 million data elements used to calculate the OpFund eligibility.

Fairfax-based iCUBE Inc. (iCUBE) has been awarded a 3-yr prime contract to help the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) build the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO). This contract will establish an enterprise data program that includes the following Departmental objectives: establishing a Departmental Data Governance Program, improving and fully implementing the agency’s Open Data Initiative, and establishing a Data Education and Outreach Program. The Chief Data Officer (CDO) will serve as the senior executive responsible for enterprise data governance, OPEN data, and the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA).

The appraisal was performed by Concept Quality Assurance Labs. CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates that the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.

Fairfax-based iCUBE Inc. has been awarded a 4-yr prime contract to provide services in calculating, processing, and documenting Form HUD-52723, Calculation of Total Project Expense Level, and Form HUD-52722, Calculation of Utilities Expense Level tools, databases, and procedures required by the HUD Office of Public Housing and Voucher Programs (OPHVP), Financial Management Division (FMD) to distribute over $4.5 billion Operating Fund (OpFund) Grants to approximately 3,500 PHAs starting Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) beginning 2022. iCUBE shall maintain, repair, and modify (as needed) the functionality of these Operating Fund tools and databases as well as document the functionality of current Operating tools and databases.

Fairfax-based iCUBE Inc. has been awarded a 5-yr prime contract to provide grants management administrative and technucal support for HUD’s Office of Native American Programs (ONAP) Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) Competitive Grant program to ensure complete review and assessment of the grant applications that will support HUD in disbursing funds to assist Indian and Alaskan Native housing communities. iCUBE shall provide support services to assist with the review of applications submitted under the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) by securing qualified and competent reviewers; providing logistical support for the grant review process using an off the shelf, online, grants management tool; and providing assistance with the review and paneling process.

(iCUBE), in partnership with prime contractor Cloud Nine Technologies, will provide operational, maintenance, and development services using Agile Software Development Methodology (SDM) to support the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/Office of Public and Indian Housing (PIH)/Capital Planning Division (CPD) Energy and Performance Information Center (EPIC) system on the 5-year contract. The vision of EPIC is to improve tracking the performance and accomplishments of funded grant programs in the PIH and to automate document submission to PIH. As part of this contract, iCUBE will provide continuous support for the system in the form of troubleshooting, creating performance reviews and assessments, and ensuring that the solution’s security remains effective.
