  • HUD PIH-REAC Technical Assistance Center Support Services

    Fairfax-based iCUBE, Inc. (iCUBE) is part of the SBA approved 8(a) Joint Venture “iCUBE-IT JV” to operate a multi-channel, cloud-based, contact center operation, service request processing and KnowledgeBase Management for the HUD’s Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) Technical Assistance Center (TAC) call center. iCUBE is providing Tier Level I Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Tier 2 Level Help Desk Specialists, and Management support on this contract.

  • HUD Enterprise Geographical Information System (eGIS) Support Services

    Fairfax-based iCUBE, Inc. (iCUBE) is part of the winning team on a 5-year contract to provide support on HUD’s enterprise class geospatial solutions. The Contract includes support of eGIS systems and operations including Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Program Management, and Development, Modernization, and Enhancement (DME). HUD eGIS supports several HUD program areas and serves as the primary source for geospatial data, services, and applications for the Department’s major offices including CPD, FHEO, Housing, and PIH.

  • HUD PIH-REAC NASS Business Support Services

    Fairfax-based iCUBE, Inc. (iCUBE) is to provide iNtegrated Assessment Subsystem (NASS) Business Support Services to support the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Public and Indian Housing (PIH) Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC). This includes providing research, analysis in terms of ad-hoc and statistical analysis and reporting including MicroStrategy business intelligence dashboards and reports, developing testing of various approaches for assessing PHA performance and to provide requirement analysis, design input, and testing in support of the development, implementation and maintenance of the PIH-REAC iNtegrated Assessment Subsystem (NASS).

  • HUD IMS/PIC Technical Assistance and Business Support

    Fairfax-based iCUBE Inc. (iCUBE) is to provide support for the Inventory Management System (IMS)/PIH Information Center (PIC) Technical Assistance and Business Support Requirements for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC). iCUBE will work with the prime contractor Cloud Nine Technologies on this 5-year contract. The contract involves providing technical assistance and business support in the form of data mining, geographic and demographic information analysis, data warehousing technique utilization, and web technology to leverage the data collected in the IMS/PIC system to support business users and decision making.

  • HUD IMS/PIC Data Conversion Services

    Fairfax-based iCUBE, Inc. (iCUBE) is to provide Inventory Management System (IMS)/PIH Information Center (PIC) Data Conversion services to support the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) to migrate the existing IMS/PIC data structures to an next-generation architecture. The new architecture will assist in improving data quality, program accountability, product and service delivery to HUD IMS/PIC customers and business partners through reducing improper payments to assisted families.

  • HUD EPIC System Support

    27th June 2016

    Fairfax-based iCUBE Inc. (iCUBE), in partnership with prime contractor Cloud Nine Technologies, will provide operational, maintenance, and development services using Agile Software Development Methodology (SDM) to support the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/Office of Public and Indian Housing (PIH)/Capital Planning Division (CPD) Energy and Performance Information Center (EPIC) system on the 5-year contract. The vision of EPIC is to improve tracking the performance and accomplishments of funded grant programs in the PIH and to automate document submission to PIH. As part of this contract, iCUBE will provide continuous support for the system in the form of troubleshooting, creating performance reviews and assessments, and ensuring that the solution’s security remains effective.

  • HUD PD&R PARIS Support Services

    12th February 2015

    Fairfax-based iCUBE, Inc. (iCUBE) is part of the winning team to provide IT support services necessary to support the research and analytic mission of the Policy Development and Research (PD&R) Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), specifically for Policy and Research Information Server (PARIS) services. Cloud Nine Technologies is the prime contractor on this 5-year contract. The contract involves providing support services for statistical data programming, database maintenance, database administration, data analysis, Geographic Information System (GIS) support, and other related IT services, supporting the Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R).
