Fairfax-based iCUBE Inc. (iCUBE), in partnership with prime contractor Cloud Nine Technologies, will provide operational, maintenance, and development services using Agile Software Development Methodology (SDM) to support the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/Office of Public and Indian Housing (PIH)/Capital Planning Division (CPD) Energy and Performance Information Center (EPIC) system on the 5-year contract. The vision of EPIC is to improve tracking the performance and accomplishments of funded grant programs in the PIH and to automate document submission to PIH. As part of this contract, iCUBE will provide continuous support for the system in the form of troubleshooting, creating performance reviews and assessments, and ensuring that the solution's security remains effective.
